Travellers from the UK must have a tourist visa. Short Stay visas allow a stay of up to three months, and Long Stay visas allow a stay of up to 12 months. Those under 31 who are looking to explore Australia for a longer period of time can apply for a Working Holiday visa, giving you the right to partake in casual work for up to six months at a time. This visa lasts 12 months but can be extended for another 12 if you have spent at least three months as a seasonal worker.
