You should take the cheapest quote that gives you all of the cover you need. Check carefully what is being offered for that price as not all the quotes will be providing exactly the same level of cover.

There are three main types of car insurance:

Third Party Only gives you cover if you injure a third party or their property. You are not insured against your car being stolen or damaged.

Third party, Fire and Theft gives you cover as above, but also against theft and fire damage.
