Baku car hire can be arranged, with collection at the airport the easiest way to go. Getting around the city is not difficult though, as there are buses, trains, taxis, the metro or your own feet. The metro is the cheapest way to get about and the Baki Metropoliteni Kart, which works like the Oyster card in London, makes it easy to jump on and off, but beware poor signage!
