What a lovely spot! I'm not sure we'd want to get up early every day to head over here but it's a great day oout. Unspoilt beaches, red goats to spot and plenty of space to play abound here, you can't really go wrong!

Such a lovely little village, we had a delightful lunch here and then took a stroll to the nearby archaeological site of Archea Eleftherna andwandered around the ruins, which we had all to ourselves. Lovely views, great place.

Crete is the biggest Greek island and has one of the richest histories. Crete enjoys a warm summer, pleasant spring and autumn and has fairly mild winters.
