posted by kbeach Lovely place, if you want a quiet holiday i'd advise finding a hotel near here and going every day. There aren't many facilities so be sure to take food and water but the beaches here are so peaceful and you can take all sorts of lovely walks around the park too. Armutalan Hamam

Marmaris is a popular tourist destination on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. The town's population increases hugely during the tourist season and the local economy is dominated by the influx. The once sleepy little fishing village is now a prime resort town with a year round flow of tourists searching out the sun, sea and beautiful views. Cheap flights to Marmaris usually involve flying to Dalaman and then taking the regular coach service to the town. Cheap Marmaris flights usually make one stop in Istanbul and can take around six hours to fly to the country although cheap Marmaris flights may take considerably longer depending on the length of the stop. Flights to the country run regularly from London, however. Marmaris holidays can involve very little travel around, however, the connection from the airport to the town can be a lot easier with car hire from Marmaris Airport, or from Dalaman Airport. Car hire will allow you to go straight to your destination and not have to wait around for a connection; it will also give you the freedom to explore the countryside once there. As well as the chance to relax on the beach, bathe in the sun and the sea and shop until you drop, the town also has a very active night life and boasts an entire array of pubs and clubs as well as quality restaurants for the more discerning tourist. For families, there are also a number of boat rides and water parks in the area.Flights To Marmaris
