When to go

You will definitely find the hottest weather in July and August but it would be very hard to find a cheap holiday in Paphos unless you've booked well in advance. For the best of the weather and kinder prices try the months either side of summer (September, October, May and June). What to do
Paphos is divided in to the old and new town. Kato, the old town, has most of the historical sites and a cute little harbour. Neo Paphos, or the new town, is about a kilometre inland and much less crowded. There are fewer accommodation options but if you hunt around you should find a bargain.

There are many historical sites to check out and the 3rd century Tombs of the Kings is well worth a visit.
