Experience the old delhi, cramped and bustling, by taking a trip to the old main street, packed with markets and food stalls and probably the most hectic place i've been I thrououghly enjoyed it here and ate delicious (and cheap!) food.

this is the part of town where most backpackers seem to head. If you can avoid the hustlers, its a great place to pick up some bargains and a bite to eat.
My stay in Delhi was made very special by Hotel Swati. The location of the hotel is good with the metro being 10 minutes away and the markets, the shopping centers and the major attractions being close to it. The room had all the amenities that I expected it to have and was quite large and comfortable. Suruchi, the restaurant was very good with all the different options of food. The vegetarian food was very tasty. The only downside is the noise outside the hotel but otherwise I loved the hotel.... more
Best in facilities, services and amenities, this hotel is located on Janpath Marg which is the prime location in New Delhi. From here you get easy access to go anywhere and the travel desk located in the Hotel help you out will all the local travel facilities. Its nearby Caunnaught Palace which is the Business Centre and near famous India Gate. Ample parking space is also available and tourists get all the facilities whatever they want within few seconds.
