Killington is one of the premier ski resorts in New England. It has gradually built up around the slopes and now offers a range of good quality hotels and apartments for the skier to stay close to the slopes. Accommodation further away can be served by ski bus or alternatively as with the majority of hotels in the US there is ample parking available.

Whilst having good snowmaking facilities, Killington is not as high up as other resorts in say the Rockies or California or even in Europe. Thus it is well worth booking well within the ski season as one of the dealcheckers has skied on grass over New Year at Killington. That said, the resort offers some excellent tuition and a variety of runs that are hard to match in New England.
