When to visit Tirana

Tirana enjoys warm summers with cool and damp winters, so it's best to think about taking a holiday in Tirana when the sun's out. However, if you've got an eye for a bargain and don't mind a high chance of getting wet, there are some great deals to be had in winter! The Tirana International Film Festival draws crowds to the city at the end of November, or look out for the Tirana International Contemporary Art Biannual. Both of these are great if you want to immerse yourself in Albanian culture.
