Gambian Weather

The temperature in Gambia doesn't fluctuate much over the course of the year - hovering around a high daytime temperature of 30°C - owing to its position between the Tropic of Cancer and the Equator. Similarly, daylight hours vary very little over the course of the year. The rainy season is between June and September, when high humidity and unpredictable fierce storms are the norm. The best weather is between November and March when temperatures are slightly cooler and there is little or no rain. This is also perhaps the best time to see wildlife.
