Greece's Tourist Season
Mid-June to August is the height of the tourist season and Greece can get very busy indeed during this time so be sure to book flights well in advance. Between Easter and mid-June is increasing in popularity but there are great deals to be had to go with lovely weather throughout the country. But for the best value holidays September to mid-October is the best time to go. Outside these times the prices hit rock bottom but you'll find very little is open in most tourist destinations unless you head to Athens.
