When to go to

Ibiza

Ibiza has a Mediterranean climate with hot summer and mild winters, which makes it a popular travel destination anytime of the year, depending on what experience you are after. Summer temperatures are typically just under 30°C and winters tend to be around 11°C-15°C and it rarely gets below freezing, even at night. Rain falls predominantly between October and December, but even then the majority of the days are rain-free.

Ibiza's clubbing season starts in early June and runs until early October and is a huge draw for tourists so this naturally shapes the peak season. May and November are lovely times to visit Ibiza as it is still warm but much quieter and feels much closer to the original laid-back hippy lifestyle. Flower lovers should visit in April when the island is ablaze with colourful plants.
