There have been issues regarding money exchange in Larnaca in the past few years, with a police clampdown on unofficial money exchange establishments accused of money laundering (which also give tourists a considerably worse rate than they would get elsewhere!) There are therefore fewer places to exchange money than before, but it is still possible; just stick to post offices, banks and official Bureaux de Changes. Better yet, exchange your money at the airport before you go.< p>
