Marrakesh

Marrakesh has a Mediterranean climate with sunshine almost a all year round. October to April are the best times to go with a typical daytime temperatures between 20-25°C and at least 10°C by night. During winter the nights get cooler and there is a chance of light rainfall. Winter will usually bring enough snowfall to the Atlas Mountains to accommodate those who want to ski. From mid June to late August, temperatures rise into the 30°s and the city can be uncomfortably hot and not much fun unless you are staying in a hotel with air conditioning and a swimming pool!

Because of the good year round climate there is no one peak season for Marrakesh. Christmas and Easter are both popular periods to visit, but beware of price hikes during these times.
