Prague Weather
The climate in Prague is continental, with warm and quite wet summers and fairly cold winters. Summer temperatures are generally around 25°C during the day, though it can get a bit chilly after dark so be sure to take something to wrap up in. The majority of the rain falls between May and August which can make it quite humid, but there's always somewhere nice to dart into so don't let the rain stop your sightseeing! Winter temperatures tend to stay around 5°C with nights dropping just below freezing, although snow is quite rare.
Prague Tourist Season
The majority of the tourists visit Prague between May and September with the peak season in July and August, when many locals escape the town due to the heat and the influx of visitors. Accommodation is most expensive at this time and the main attractions are very busy. March, April and October are a great time to go as the weather is still reasonably warm but there are fewer tourists and better deals on flights and hotels. To really see Prague without the hassle of other tourists why not try the winter months? As long as you have some warm things to throw on it's a great time to go and you'll get to see much more.
