You'll be staying at the four-star Golden Odyssey Hotel, set the resort of Kolymbia on Rhodes' eastern coast, between Faliraki and Lindos. Rooms are all air conditioned with spacious balconies to enjoy the garden view. There's plenty to do at the resort, with a swimming pool, sun terraces, table tennis and a playground for kids. Kolymbia's sandy beach is about a kilometre away - but if you don't want to walk there's a regular shuttle from the hotel.
