Unlike a normal credit or debit card, you load cash onto a Tuxedo Travel MasterCard Prepaid card in advance. There's no fee for loading money onto the card by bank transfer (fees apply for other methods) and no fee for buying something on your card when you're abroad.

Note there is a fee for taking money out of an ATM both at home and abroad (£1.50) and there are fees if you use your card for transactions in the UK.

Customers who want to take advantage of this special offer will pay £19.95 when they apply for the card - that breaks down as £9.95 for the card purchase fee and a £10 initial load. That means customers only need to load another £20 onto the card and the card fee will be refunded.
