With 50 states to visit, two weeks is never going to be enough for your USA holiday - you’ll just have to keep coming back for more! The Big Apple is a shoppers paradise with Times Square a must visit during your trip. Alternatively Jazz lovers will feel right at home in New Orleans. If you prefer to star-spot head towards Los Angeles or instead whittle your money away in the casinos of Las Vegas. The home of Disney in Orlando is great for families while the party city of Miami is perfect to let your hair down.

BMI, British Airways, American Airlines and Virgin Atlantic are among the many airlines that offer flights to USA - making it great to grab a bargain as long as you shop around. Keep in mind though that it’s slighter more expensive to purchase indirect flights. With flights from most major UK airports to many airports in the USA it means that almost no big city is out of bounds.

As trains can be expensive one of the most affordable way to travel around during your holiday in the USA is via bus – buses are often one of the only ways to get to a regional city from the smaller towns.

The USA is such a vast country with so many towns and cities so one of the best way to see it in all its glory is to hire a car in USA and take to the open road. What could be better than seeing Route 66 then from behind a wheel? The best deals are available when you book well in advance.

Accommodation can be expensive in America but with such a huge selection of everything from five star hotels to reasonably priced motels it’s not too hard to find a cheap hotel in USA - just make sure you plan your trip well in advance to get the best bargains.

Make sure you take advantage of the beautiful parks that are ten a penny in the cities and to help make your budget stretch further pop to the local supermarket and prepare a picnic. Just make sure that you pick a nice day!

America is well known for their thrift stores making it the perfectly opportunity to pick up some amazing bargains. Just make sure you have enough room in your luggage for the journey back home – you don’t want to be paying extra for your baggage at the airport!
