THis is a lovely park with beautiful fountains, some massive, old ficus trees covering the path and a generally very nice ambience. At dusk it's great for people watching as lots of people come out to take their evening walk and meet friends.

Next to San Fernando castle is Mount Tossal Park which is termed a theme park as it claims to offer visitors both education and entertainment. There is rock climbing and a giant chessboard.

This fantastic new park is the best way to get from the Castle to the old town. The stunning views and pretty plants made me want to linger longer, but sightseeing was the order of the day and we had to keep going.

Our whole family just adored this park. Palm trees abound as do comfortable places to sit. We boated on the lake and walked around and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
