This is a wonderful little venu which is housed inside a former jail under Amsterdam's oldest bridge. There are regular shows on there- lots of live jazz nights as well as the odd art exhibition and fashion show. The best thing about this place is that it's not commonly known to tourists.

Supper Club

Ultra hip restaurant that is part food, part cabaret, part drag act, part performance art. Split into two levels, this very white restuarant/bar doesnt have tables, only beds that you lie on and watch the show and your fellow diners. The food was very good, but it's more about the experience and the live show that goes on around you. After dinner there is very cool bar downstairs.
