This new museum is totally fascinating! The engineering challenge posed by the marshy land was just immense and they created the beautiful canal rings out of it.

Just an astonishing collection! I was expecting just art but there's so much more here too such as a HUGe library as well as the stern of a huge boat as well!!

Totally fascinating little place documenting the growth of the city from medieval riverside settlement to modern city. Great place, and you also get to go to the Civic Guards Gallery included in the price.

A lovely, moving museum which really makes the story we all know so human, particularly for Anne's father the driving force behind the museum and the only one to survive. Seeing the bookcase the secret annex was hidden behind was amazing and the cramped quarters they stayed in were astonishing.

Me and my man stumbled across this beautiful little place. There's a pretty garden surrounded by lovely houses, including the oldest house in Amsterdam. Just near the main shopping hub it was a serene treat.

Nearest tram stop spui. follow spui (not spuistraat) away from the canal and take a left down gedempte begijnensloot and it's signposted
