Here's the deal - Andorra is a Principality of Spain, not a country, as a result they don't need to pay taxes or duty etc. So here's the tip - if you go skiing in Andorra at the end of the season you can pick up next year's ski gear at really discounted rates tax and duty free! Not bad eh? And the boarding is pretty good there as well. They have a massive freestyle park and competitions around Easter time.

Really cheap or good value place to go skiing towards the end of the season. Great snow and because it's a principality everything is tax free, so if you take a trip at the end of the season you can get some great deals on ski gear for next year's trip!
