'Han's

posted by mcarter on 22 December 2010 at 12:03

In between our marathon sunbathings, we thought we should see some sort of culture so we went in search of as many 'han's as we could find, these are old ottoman inns and the architecture is amazing. Scattered about the old city the fun is finding them as much as seeing them, the best one was Klrkoz Han.

where, when, how, web
All over the city, mainly the old town, but telling you where would ruin the search!

Kaleici (Old Antalya)

The old part of Antalya is a real gem with exciting things to find round almost every corner. I'd suggest taking a day just to wander about and go in wherever takes your fancy. the most popular, and best, entrance is hadrian's gate.

where, when, how, web
Hadrian's gate is near the Otobus Duragi stop
