Acropolis and Museum

It was amazing to be here in this historic place. The museum was so interesting and I loved the Acropolis and of course the Parthenon was the absolute highlight.

Amazing to finally go here after seeing it so many times in pictures on the internet! I loved every minute of it, and having also seen the Elgin marbles I think perhaps they should go back where they came from...

I couldn't wait to see this, I was so excited, and I have to say it lived up to my expectations. I can't believe it's so well preserved for something so old! What a fantastic holiday experience.
