What a stunning spot, just a short ferry ride away from the bright city lights! The beach was amazing and I have to say that apart from lunch at the harbourside that was where I spent most of my time.

Te Henga Beach

AKA Bethells, this is a gorgeous beach, and when you're done here you can take a walk down the path the the shores of Lake Wainamu for a swim there too.

Kohimarama Beach

My family and I were staying near here on our holiday in Auckland, and it was difficult to venture anywhere else the beach was such a draw! Plenty of space for the kids to play, lovely sand and beautiful clear water, oh to live permanently beside such a lovely place!

Mission Bay Beach

Enjoy a coffee or snack in any number of cafes along the bustling stretch of beach known as Mission Bay. Always very lively and popular with locals and tourists alike. Visiting is recommended in the late afternoon or early evening.
