Stunning scenery, beautiful place to go. My wife and I took a trip here for a day's walking and relaxing and it was the highlight of our holiday in Auckland. The replica lighthouse was proving a big attraction for some but we preferred to stick to nature and enjoy the area around manakua head way from the people.

just south of auckland but a bit of a drive the way the bays come together, worth it though
