The Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art was my boyfriend and my favourite place in barcelona. the museum itself has a pretty good collection, but it's the annexed chapel across the way showing quirky video art performance and the unbelievable number of skaters on the square which we just watched for ages, you don't come here unless you've got skills!!

I love modern art and am a huge fan or miro and this museum didn't disappoint. with hundreds of miro pieces i was in heaven! there was an awesome contemporary installation in there too and a lovely cafe

in monjuic park it's one of the tourist bus stops. these buses are a great way to see the city!
