Museu del Futbol Club Barcelona

On a family trip this was the highlight for ALL the family (apart from me...) who are football mad! We also went around the stadium which is so huge, and spent a small fortune in the stadium shop!!

Wow, what a collection of musical instruments! There are some proper strange creations, the likes of which i've never seen before! Would be nice to be able to hear the audio recordings a bit better but iot's quite well done really.

Picasso Museum

Barcelona is simply rammed full of amazing delights, my boyfriend and I spent a very agreeable afternoon here enjoying Picasso's works and seeing his style changing throughout the years.

Maritime Museum

Fellow nautical buffs will enjoy this experience. The Martime Museum is housed in a beautiful old shipping warehouse building on the way down to the sea. The centrepiece of the museum is the replica of the galleon of John of Austria in which he sailed into battle at Lepanto.

Hospital de Sant Pau

This magnificent building is in the process of changing from a hospital to a research and cultural centre but they give daily tours and when I went it was still pretty much like a hospital inside, which was a great contrast with the grand outside. what a place to go if you were ill!
