The Belfast Opera House is a fine example of the Victorian penchant for intricate and elaborate decorative flourishes. If this doesn't appeal, a variety of opera, comedy shows and pop concerts might.

This is a really grand renaissance style building and a very beautiful celebration of Belfast's new found wealth. Perhaps more important though is a a wonderfully grumpy queen Victoria made out of marble staring down from a plinth outside the hall.

The Belfast Castle is Belfast's own Balmoral, replicating it closely in style. There are a few informative exhibits inside about the history of the castle.

The grand Opera house is located in the heart of Belfast.I was awe-struck when i saw this place as i'd always wanted to be here and it was the most beautiful sight.I did not spendjust a day there. I came back the very next day as i could not get enough of it. Hoping to be back there soon.
