This small museum is rich in history about Northern Ireland and is located amid the nature trails of Castle Park. There is a lovely restaurant in the grounds as well.

The Belfast Castle is Belfast's own Balmoral, replicating it closely in style. There are a few informative exhibits inside about the history of the castle.

The last time we were in Belfast, my wife decided to finally bite the bullet and get a tattoo, and she decided to combine it with a trip to a museum. The Celtic World and Tattoo Museum tells the history of tattoos in Celtic culture, and throughout the world. There are examples of popular tattoos through the ages.

When traveling with my children to Belfast, they always want to spend as much time as possible at W5, which is the city’s children’s museum. There is always something new there, whether it is a new exhibit or interactive area. The kids have a great time playing and learning during the visit, which is why I like to take them.
