A fascinating look at the world behind the iron curtain! And really interactive too, you can get really involved and touch all the things. Such a different way of life, it's amazing to think that many people who knew this lifestyle are still alive today, what a shock it must have been!

Fascinating place, under some of the remaining Berlin wall, which documents and depicts the terror of the Nazi occupation. I can't imagine what it would have been like to live through sucha time.

What a fabulous museum, I was just blown away by the antiquities section in particular. The namesake, the Pergamon altar, is very popular so I had to hang about a while to get a good look at it. Great place.

Famous as a crossing point from West to East when the wall was up, today you can see the small hut where big decisions were made, as well as be photographed by the sign that marked the territories. Small but really interesting.

This is perhaps the most interesting and thought-provoking museum I have ever been in. From the start with the shiny and cracked exterior I knew it was going to be a great place to go. The garden of exile was a particular highlight but it was all really excellent.
