Sanssouci Park

Wonderful park, so grand and elegant. I loved the Sanssouci Schloss, it's nice and small but still grand! The Neues Palace is really large though so head there if you want to be wowed!! Go for the day, you'll need it!

Berlin really does have more then enough to offer but if you fancy a day trip out, we went here and loved it. A huge park with two huge palaces and other buildings besides, and fountains and gardens too. Really lovely.

Tiergarten and Schloss Bellevue

My family and I had such a fun couple of hours here, the kids got to run about, kick a football with some locals and let off some steam, and I admired the presidential palace, sadly not from the inside though. Fabulous building, great park.
