I absolutely loved this trip, we went to the beach, where we rode the most lovely horses across the huge beach and across some wetlands. The amount of wildlife was unbelievable, we were lucky enough to see a flock of flamingoes but sadly no whales or dolphins were seen. Great fun, totally exhilarating.

If you can pluck up the courage to do it, this is an absolutely incredible experience and not one that you'll forget about quickly (much as you might wish you could when swimming in open water). It is completely safe and conducted in Goose Bay by a range of opperators.

Duiker Island is a fantastic sight to behold and well worth the R50 and rather cramped, rocky boat ride. The Island is absolutely rammed with seals in the spring months when the seals are moulting. You might also see whales and dolphins on the tour if you're lucky.
