Absolutely wonderful, my mother and sister and myself really enjoyed our day here, it was the highlight of all the attractions we saw during out sojourn in Chicago. It was so interesting to see the different and rare native species, I never know that the Illinois landscape was so varied! The Japanese garden too was divine.

Pure restful heaven. If you are tired from sightseeing then head here to the lily pond, designed to look like nature, based on a midwest creek it really feels like you're in the middle of nowhere here, a must-see!
