Wild Wadi Waterpark

This has to be one of the best water parks in the world. One slide actually shoots you upwards before you go back down, another goes at 80km/hr and there's a 170m white-knuckle ride. There are also nice places to relax if you prefer.

Arabic cafe that is well frequented by both locals and tourists. Well priced, delicious Lebanese food. Can't recommend it enough.

Jumeirah beach hotel

Simply best hotel i've ever stayed in. Unbelievable service and hospitality. Eating there is pricey so i'd recommend a taxi into town for great local cuisine. Also, for a fun day out, I went on a 4x4 desert safari - fun stuff! (pricey though)
