Aquaventure Water Park

What a lovely park! And not just becasue it's a chance to get cool in the scorching heat, it's really a very fun place. There are some great rides, plus a private beach too, so you can have it all here.

Al Mazmar Park

We were on a budget trip to Dubai for a few days and this beach was just perfect, no beach entry fee, good facilities, we went every day and really enjoyed our holiday.

Jumeira Beach

Just got back from Dubai, where the weather is amazing, and had to recommend Jumeirah Beach. We had our own privae beach for the hotel, which was glorious and the sea is so clear and warm.

Al Mamzar Park

My boyfriend and I went here and had the place practically to ourselves. Lovely lush green park and some small but lovely beaches. Chatting to the lifeguards it can get rammed at weekends so sneak out in the week for the luxury of space and quiet all for free!

Kite Beach

So if you're not staying in a hotel with its own beachfront there are some options, and I think Kite beach is the best. It's easier to get to than Al mazmar, and thre's always a space to lay your towel and catch some rays, just watch out for kitesurfers if the winds are good, they'll fly over the sand and back to the sea to try and scare you!!
