Edinburgh Butterfly and Insect World

A great place to take your children, particularly boys i'd say although my girls are quite fond of bugs! The huge indoor rainforest is amazing, the best butterfly jungle i think i've been to. You can have a change to handle some of the creatures too but I wasn't brave enought for the tarantula!

Apparently it doesn't rain all that much in Edinburgh but I don't believe it. We went here one rainy day though and it really brightened us up, even the tropical rainstorm... But seriously, the butterflies were amazing and my kids loved the animal handling.
