What a great day out! You'll want to spend the whole day here, going on safari and seeing all the lovely animals. If you take lunch you can enjoy it in one of the pretty gardens.

Not the largest zoo you'll ever go to, but it's a great day out as the animals seem happy and well looked after, there's a lovely garden to enjoy and, everyone's favourite bit) you can take a camel safari!

Great family day out! We had such fun on the camel safari and the kids totally loved the parrot show.

We made a day of it here, with a lovely picnic lunch in the beautiful gardens then a delicious local meal in La Lajita itself. The zoo we have been to before and is great, pretty animals, lovely parrot shows and the most awesome of all is the camel safaris! A must-do!

La Lajita is a small village on the east/south coast of the island, we hired a car but i think some resorts offer tours

Camel Safari

Great fun! Me and my mates took this tour and we got taken to the zoo and a canarian lunch too (delicious!). A bit uncomfortable at the start but you soon get used to it, seeing your friends on camels is just hilarious!
