Musee Ariana

My mother and I took a relaxing long weekend break in Geneva and this museum was just what the doctor ordered. Lovely pottery, poreclain and glass from all over the world so elegantly displayed. Delightful.

Patek Philippe Museum

As an avid watch collector this is a fabulous place to go, and judging by my long-suffering wife's opinion too it's quite interesting for those with just a casual relationship with the tiny faces. The antique collection was of particular interest to me as you can really see the history or watch-making unfold right there in Geneva.

A simply stunning collection of works of art from Tribal and Classical Antiquity as well as sculptures, fabrics and ornaments from "primitive" civilisations around the world. Many of these works are considered to be unqualified masterpieces.

Switzerland is world famous for its watches so how can you not come here, to see historic watches. The designs are so unbelievably intricate and some of the watches are breathtakingly exquisite. If you've given up your watch infavour of your phone telling you the time then this might just inspire you to strap back up!
