The Necropolis

The clerk at the front desk of my hotel in Glasgow insisted that I needed to visit the old cemetery, the Necropolis, claiming that it was one of the most beautiful spots in the entire city. While at first I was skeptical, I decided to check it out, and I have to admit she was right. It is very peaceful and tranquil, and all of the old marble and stone headstones and other grave markers really make the place beautiful.
