I travelled alone to Goa to get back to nature and totally chill out and I could do both here. Amazing sights as all the migratory birds are out and about at the moment. Bit of a palaver to get permission from the Chief Wild Life Warden, Forest Department of Panaji but definitely worth it. Total isolation in the most stunning of surroundings.

A bit further off the beaten track, this tini wildlife sancturary manages to house a a mini zoo, deer safari park, botanic gardens and a few ecotourism cottages. You need to organise your own transport up here but its worth it - you can take an elephant ride!
