Gorgeous Tower! We had a view of it from our hotel and have to say grew rather fond of it during out stay. Originally part of the Kowloon Station it's the only surviving part and I admire that!! We have to go back when the insides have been refurbished so we can see the view from the top.

Hong Kong is a very odd place, with so much modernity and yet so many relics of the past too. Look out for these mirrors, used to deflect evil spirits, and they can be found in the most surprising of places! My kids think looking out for them is just the best game ever.

A slightly mad apparition in the Hong Kong streets, but a beautiful cathedral nonetheless. Good, solid and traditional design with some lovely features, perfect for the homesick!

Wow, what an amazing place! Discovered by accident in 1955 it dates back to around 25AD which is astonishingly old! The pottery and artefacts found in the grave are also fully fascinating, I loved it here. Oooh don't forget to check out the garden too, it's blissful.

I'm a grown man who turns back into being a big kid when faced with any sort of fort or military equipment and this was some sort of man-child heaven!
