I know it's a bit of a touristy thing to do but it was great fun to get the tram to the top and then look at the view. I avoided the overpriced and gimmicky food at the top though.

My family had a great day out here, there was plenty for the kids to do and interesting enough that we weren't toally bored by half an hour in! The meteorite exhibition and the adventureland were probably highlights and i loved the animal sculptures in the ark garden!

Not a top attraction, i'll give you that, but who can pass up the chance to see this? it's really gold and shiny and since it's almost constantly being photographed by someone quite hard to look at without being blinded! Amazing really, but seems silly to have something so expensive that doesn't get used...i didn't dare try.

The tramline is called the Ding Ding and before I went to Hong Kong I saw their tourist board guide to the line and decided to give it a go. It was great, I just got off at a few random places there and a couple on the way back and really fely like i was getting to know the palce, the feel of the local districts etc, and i ate some great food too! Would recommend it and haven't mentioned places so you have to get off and look for yourself!!

Experience the culture of Hong Kong from Kennedy Town in the west to Shau Kei Wan in the east. Travelling by tram allows you to get a real sense of the city and fares start at just $2.
