This is one of the highest points in the Algarve and well worth a trip out of the resort. Beautiful views and there was even a lady up there selling the local honey cake which is just to die for!

The many names of this attraction had led me to expect that Lagos had 2 fortresses which I thought a little excessive, but there is only one! And a great one it is! Lovley views, a pretty little gallery and places to sit and relax, what more could you want?!

A pretty and intersting church with great views from the bell tower. The bone chapel is a bit creepy but quite cool if you like that sort of things too!

With amazing rock formations and crystal-clear seas, i tell eveyone who'll listen they must go here on their trip to lagos, portugal, or even europe, depsite it being on the far west of the continent! i love the beauty of the nature and it's really lovely at sunset.
