I loved the emphasis on native Canary Island fishes, as I don't really enjoy the feeling of scuba diving so can't seek them out for myself. Loved the environmental slant too, it's so sad what rubbish in the sea can do to the sealife.

This is a great place to take kids (and fish-loving adults of course), they have some really great displays and of course you can find Nemo, which is par for the course these days! The shark tunnel and the seahorses were the highlights.

A great trip out for the family, the touching pools were a particular highlight for most of us and I though the 'rubbish aquarium' was clever and helped me discuss environmental issues with my children who are just starting to understand such things. We didn't dive with the sharks though!!
