Absolutely magnificent! What a phenomenal building! Inside there is a great collection of archaeological artefacts as well.

What a wonderful place, the castle has been beautifully transformed into a museum, with a great litte collection of art. It's a lovely spot to eat at too, with great views over Arreceife

This beautifully restored castle was the perfect stopover for us, some culture and some delicious food are to be found within its magnificent walls. A great mix of modern paintings and sculptures are the highlight though edspite the building trying its best to upstage the collection.

Small but beautifully formed this was the highlight of my visit to Lanzarote (other than the sun!). There were some really great pieces and the castle itself is so well renovated that it was an attraction in its own right, as is the Manrique-designed restaurant.

My partner and I really enjoyed it here, this is one of the oldest buildings on the island and it's so nice to see the old functional architecture. The archaeological museum is small but informative and I learned so much about the indigenous population before the spanish conquered the island.
