This is perhaps my favourite thing ever. I didn't expect it to be so peaceful up there but it really is! And of course beautiful, just amazing amazing views. I know it's expensive but I urge you to have a go!

Museum of International and Contemporary Art

What a wonderful place, the castle has been beautifully transformed into a museum, with a great litte collection of art. It's a lovely spot to eat at too, with great views over Arreceife

Historic Capital to Surfers Paradise Walk

I love to get out and walk on holiday to really blow the cobwebs away, and this time I joined the walk from Teguise to the sea, the views were amazing and the guide was excellent. Not an easy walk in some places but very rewarding, and not too long either.

Start point Teguise, book ahead to sort out transport etc, but sleeping in Teguise is what we did and was a great plan

Femes

Lanzarote has a bewitching quality that keeps tempting me back, and this time my boyfriend and drove to Femes, where we were told to expect some of the best views on the island. And we were not disappointed. You can see fuerteventura and los lobos from this characterful town. I could sit ad look st such views for a very long time.
