Belem Tower

Just outside the Jeronomidis Monastery, these two make for a great cultural morning (or afternoon). The tower is the most famous landmark in the city so you should get your obligatory snaps in and soak up the atmosphere here.

Monastery of the Hieronymites and Tower of Belem

I love architecture and there was just so much to see and enjoy here, you can see why it's a world heritge site. Fabulous buildings and details everywhere you look, definitely the best thing i did in Lisbon.

Belem Tower

The Torre de Belem is certainly Lisbon's most famous construction.It is manly known for the light house and the fortrees for the port of Restelo.It was built in the 1515 on a small island off the river bank. Franciso de Arruda began the construction in 1515 .De Arruda came from Alentejo and was one of the famous Architecture.The whole complex comprises a four story tower,easily visible from the distance.Many tourist visit this place.In the evening it look more beautifull.
