Such an interesting place! The show was so informative and we loved walking in the garden and the views from the ramparts. I can't imagine what it would have been like to be under seige here though. Oooh, don't miss the Camera Escura, it's a treat!

Stunning, the castle is lovely and the views are amazing, I would have stayed all night to wait for dawn if I could.

The funiculars are cool but this is a whole nother level, really fun and exciting, especially if you take the spiral staircase from the top of the lift to the terrace, for amazing views you didn't have to do hardly any work for! Amazing that this was built in 1902 as was originally poered by steam!

I love city holidays as there's so much to do but actually I love getting out for the day. This park is right in the centre of Lisbon but feels miles away. The viewpoint is popular, and well worth seeing but the highlight is the keil do amaral amphitheatre where I was lucky and caught a free concert by young musicians!

There's several buses that will take you there depending on where you travel from.

Inspired by the Christ statue in Rio de Janeiro, here He stands across the Tagus from Lisbon and as such affords excellent views of the whole city as well as the 25th April Bridge. A must-do!
