Santa Monica

This is a small and charming seaside town and definitely worth staying in for a night. There is a beautiful sandy beach where you can try your hand at some watersports. I loved the old pier and amusement park which made me think of old blighty. 3rd street has some great diners and there are some nice shops and galleries on Main Street

Once my boyfriend and I heard of this combination cemetery and amusement park we had to see it for ourselves. With huge stained-glass windows and lots of biblical and religious stuff it sort-of pulls off the combination! I definitely enjoyed going here although I did have a vague feeling that all was not right in the world!
